tk44 Terms and Conditions

01 Definitions and Applicability

The meanings of specific words and terms used in these terms and conditions are defined below. These definitions apply uniformly throughout the document.

"Platform"

The tk44bet website (https://tk44bet.cam), mobile app, and all related services are together referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has opened a registered account on the tk44bet platform or is using its services is a "User" or "Member".

"Gaming Activities"

All types of betting and gaming conducted on tk44, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, and basketball betting, fall under this definition.

02 Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account on tk44bet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register voluntarily and on your own behalf — opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of this agreement.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• If any of your personal details change, you must update your account immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tk44 may at any time request a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. Mobile number confirmation via OTP verification is mandatory.

03 Account Management

Each registered member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keeping the password confidential and not sharing login details with any third party is each member's obligation.

Account Security

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• tk44 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Account Balance

Account balance is displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you notice any discrepancy in your balance, you must report it to support within 48 hours; claims made after that may not be accepted.

04 Deposits and Payments

The following methods can be used to deposit on tk44bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500.

Payment Policy

• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is successful, the balance is generally credited within a short time; if there is a delay for any reason, you may contact support.
• Once a deposit has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled.

05 Withdrawals and Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from tk44bet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 6 below for details).
• tk44 reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

New members on tk44 are eligible to receive a welcome bonus. Currently, a 150% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 deposit yields a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500 → wagering required ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

Promotional Offers

tk44 may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. tk44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

07 VIP Program

The tk44 VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity.

VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: Gold member, net loss of ৳20,000 in a week → ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

08 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on tk44 are governed by these rules.

Betting and Gaming

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If an ongoing game is interrupted due to a technical issue or disconnection, tk44 will determine the outcome based on saved records.
• If a software error affects a game result, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.
• RTP information for slot games can be found in the respective game's information sheet.

Sports Betting

• If a bet is cancelled before the match starts, the amount will be refunded.
• If more than 90% of a match has been completed, tk44 may treat that result as final.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0 odds.

09 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Using arbitrage betting to exploit any game or betting system.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating a tk44 employee or representative.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

tk44bet is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information. Full details on how user data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Summary of Data Use

• Member information is used for account management, identity verification, and payment processing.
• Information is shared with third parties only as needed to provide services, such as payment processing.
• Your information will not be sold for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored with SSL encryption and on secure servers.

11 Limitation of Liability

tk44 will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:

• If any game or bet is interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• In cases of temporary disruption caused by unexpected technical failures, third-party software errors, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss a member suffers by sharing their password or login details with someone else.
• In any situation arising from changes in currency exchange rates or banking regulations.

This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

tk44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Allegations of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or failure to provide required documents.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Closure at the Member's Own Initiative

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact support. If wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance will be available to withdraw.

13 Responsible Gaming

tk44 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment within limits, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to play responsibly.

• Set a time and money limit before each session.
• Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• If gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, seek help.
• Do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to access your account.

14 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a transaction, game result, or account matter, follow the process below:

How to Submit a Dispute

1. First, contact the support team via live chat or email and provide a detailed description.
2. The support team will review the matter and get back to you.
3. If the issue is not resolved at the initial stage, it will be escalated to senior management.

Time Limit

A dispute must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

tk44's decision will be considered final and binding, though members always retain the right to pursue any applicable legal avenues.

15 Changes to Terms & Conditions

tk44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. We will attempt to notify members of significant changes; however, continuing to use the platform after changes have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
